We offer full and partial design. If you have ideas to share, that’s great! We can do as much or as little as you need - we work with all budgets. If you are comfortable with us handling all aspects of the design process, we can take that on as well!

We offer everything from concept to delivery and installation. Full/partial design, custom production, multi-day events, and multiple venues. At Crush + Bow, we LOVE our work and approach it with great passion!

Planning your special event is an exciting process, and at Crush + Bow, we understand the importance of laying a strong foundation. Let's kick things off with a comprehensive meeting over coffee (or bubbly, if that's more your style). During this time, we'll dive into the details that make your event uniquely yours—your style, your personality, and your vision.
Budget
Finances are a big part of any event, and we'll work with you to set a budget. Our event management system, Aisle Planner©, allows our team to organize everything for you while tracking a comprehensive, itemized budget.
game plan
Together, we will sketch out the big picture, incorporating everything from guest count, location, entertainment, florals, along with libations and culinary preferences. Our process includes inventive and customized ideas for you, so you can pick what feels the most optimal for your budget and expectations.
vendors
We understand the importance of assembling a dedicated, professional, and talented vendor team. We have excellent relationships throughout the nation to help you. If you only want to use someone local, no problem, we have you covered. Our mission is to interview and hire the best vendors, engaging in creative discussions to ensure a cohesive and imaginative experience.
Design Essentials
SCHEMATICS
We use several online platforms to help with spatial renderings + floor plans. We love focusing on showcasing and visualizing the event layout, and laying out exact measurements to optimize space, flow and overall experience.
Specialty Rentals
We offer a carefully curated collection of furniture, textiles and details. We have a warehouse location in Ketchum, Idaho to serve our clients. In addition to our current inventory, we build custom pieces for our clients as well. If you don’t see it in our catalogue, we will find it or build it for you.
